Microsoft Dynamics AX

Microsoft Dynamics AX is the idea of an IT giant from Redmond on how to manage a company.  The system helps run processes in a company and integrates them.  In the report titled “Magic Quadrant for Midmarket and Tier 2-Oriented ERP for Product-Centric Companies” compiled by American research company “Gartner”, Microsoft Dynamics is identified as a leader in the industry that coordinates and supports business operations.  Since 1979 Gartner has been exploring the use of new technologies and their management.  The most important features of Microsoft Dynamics ERK, AX and NAV are openness and flexibility which guarantees the use of popular programming languages to create those systems.

Integration is the goal that Dynamics aims to achieve.  The main goal in mind is for work to be made easier, faster, more efficient and more intense.  And in many cases, the aim is also for work to take place 90% of the time based on internet usage.  Below are other features that fulfill and continue to develop the Microsoft platform:

  • Diversity, ‘richness’ of the system, a pleasant and familiar interface (who has never used Microsoft Windows?!) designed for the comfort of the employee, no room for boredom or routine at work J
  • Compatibility with other Microsoft products
  • Remoteness, ability to supervise company activity through mobile devices from around the world
  • Rapid exchange of information between branch offices
  • Customization of business profile – bakery, accounting firm, footwear company or sports club – each of these will find a function that will help run your business easier
  • Role Center – organizes work, gives priorities and tasks to be completed, and it can also serve as an information exchange platform between managers and employees
  • Analysis, generation of reports with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Office Excel
  • Collection of information about customers, employees and competitors
